Description of Services	Rainbow Village provides families that are homeless with fully-furnished apartments with individual beds. Rainbow Village offers residents: - Self-sufficiency skills - Adult life skills - On-site after school program - Mental health services - Early Childhood Development - Post-residential programs for up to 8 years
