Parenting Time and Custody Orders During Covid-19
Governor Kemp clarified that the Georgia shelter-in-place order DOES NOT change any parenting time or custody order that is already in place.
If your order follows a school year schedule, some courts have said that this means parents should continue to follow the school calendar even though children are not in school.
Check with your county court to see if this is true for you.
